Government of Rajasthan's has taken the initiative to develop innovative learning content and Rajgyaan – Training Planning and Management System that will enable formal and informal learning, anytime, anywhere, and on any device.
The traditional modes of learning have been significantly disrupted with advances in technology and shifts in demographics. The modern learner has a very short attention span and needs to learn quickly. They want learning to be targeted and on-demand. Hence, it is important to channelize the energy in identifying ways to embed learning into work. Therefore, this platform offers immersive and targeted learning content to facilitate continuous capacity building.
