The “Specialty Course on Public Private Partnership” has been developed by Finance Department, Government of Rajasthan with the objective to increase effective implementation of Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement (RTPP) Act, 2012 & RTPP Rules, 2013. The course has been developed in line with the provisions of the RTPP Act and Rules and subordinate legislations, notifications, circulars, and Guidelines issued from time to time by Government of Rajasthan. 

The course shall be beneficial for all officials of Procuring Entities of Govt. of Rajasthan who are involved at any stage of procurement in any capacity, starting from procurement planning, preparation and publication of bidding documents, evaluation of bids and decision making for award of contract. At the end of the course, an assessment shall be made, and certificate shall be awarded to successful participants by Finance Department, Government of Rajasthan.
